The Dynamic Swing Machine is available for booking year round.

It is best to plan plenty of time ahead.  The organization has limited time slots available and may not be available on the date or month you have selected.

           1.  You may contact any member of the organization.  They will be glad to act as a liaison for your performance, or they will be pleased to forward  your information to the event coordinator.

2.  You may use the contact form and an event coordinator will immediately respond to you.

           1.  Performance dates are accepted on a first-come basis.  Allow 10-14 days for the confirmation of a proposed performance date.  Dates may be scheduled a year or more in advance and you may schedule repetitive dates at the same time.

2.  Details of the performance will be discussed and included in the Performance Agreement.  The organization is flexible with details of the performance other than start and end times which specifically must be noted in a written Performance Agreement change two weeks prior.
3.  Once a date is accepted, you will receive a written Performance Agreement to sign and return.  This agreement will include all of the performance details.

4.  The Dynamic Swing Machine is a non-profit 501C3 organization.  A receipt for funds can be provided for your tax purposes.
           1.  Performance rate cards are available upon request.

2.  The rate cards list the performance charges per hour with a two hour minimum performance time.

3.  Performance rates are set by the 501C Organization by-laws for different classes of clients.  These classes of clients include: 
         a.  Bonified charity organizations, non-profit organizations (501C)
         b.  Churches, schools, retirement centers
         c.  Commercial events, balls, dances, public events, private

4.  Rates, performance times, breaks, setup time requirements, space requirements, power requirements and other information is included on the rate card.

           1.  Payment is expected during or at the conclusion of the performance as detailed in the Performance Agreement.

2.  The organization reserves the right to request a deposit or full payment prior to a performance.  Details will be specified in the Performance Agreement.

3.  The organization accepts checks.  Credit cards are accepted through PayPal.  If paying by PayPal, the event coordinator will generate a request for payment through PayPal to your email address prior to the event.
